Based on the cooperation between the African Research Institute (ARI) and the Universidad Externado de Colombia, it has been decided to publish parallel thematic issues in both JCEEAS<\/em> and its Colombian counterpart, Observatory for the Analysis of International Systems (OASIS)<\/em>, an indexed, peer-reviewed journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accordingly, ARI has invited Jer\u00f3nimo Delgado-Caicedo<\/strong><\/a>, PhD, Editor-in-Chief of OASIS, and Paula Ximena Ru\u00edz-Camacho<\/strong><\/a>, PhD, Director of the School of International Relations at Universidad Externado de Colombia<\/strong><\/a>, to serve as guest editors for the 4\/2026 issue of JCEEAS under the theme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Global South and the Polarizing World: What Role for Africa and Latin America?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manuscripts intended for publication may be submitted to either of the editors by\u00a015 November 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n
