The Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Jagiellonian Centre for African Studies and Óbuda University, Doctoral School on Safety and Security Studies, African Research Institute, mutually agreed to establish a working relationship to promote friendship, cultural and educational ties and to encourage the exchange of ideas and information between the two institutions.
